Tulsa Area United Way – Day of Caring
Street School greatly appreciates the time, effort, and resources donated on United Way’s Day of Caring. Over 100 employees from WPX Energy joined Street School students on September 7th for a very special day. Volunteers and Street School students worked together landscaping, playing pool, painting lockers and working on art projects. It was a great day of interaction and building relationships. Street School students, the board of directors, and staff can not thank WPX and its employees enough for their generosity. Thank you!

- Dr. Diana Clayton, Rogers State University, chats with students
Students from the Street School Leadership Class took a field trip to Rogers State University in Claremore, Oklahoma. Associate Professor, Diana Clayton took time to show students dorm life, the library, campus bookstore and actually sit in on a college class. Students were impressed with the facilities and that college can be a reality after high school. Dr. Clayton was very helpful!
